Indonesia – India Digital Economy Boost

Indonesia and India have strengthened their strategic partnership in the digital economy sector through the 3rd Indonesia-India CEOs Forum. The forum brought together business leaders from both countries to build alliances in digital technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, clean energy, and health and pharmaceuticals. This partnership aims to create a highly competitive digital ecosystem on the global stage.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs and the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The MoU focuses on developing artificial intelligence, bolstering public digital infrastructure, and improving human resource skills in information technology. The partnership will also accelerate the digital revolution and create new opportunities for economic growth in both countries.
