Digital Employment Contract System

Armenia is launching a digital platform for employment contracts, aiming to enhance transparency and efficiency in labor relations. The platform will guarantee the confidentiality of citizens’ data, allowing only authorized parties to access contracts. Employers and employees will be able to sign contracts electronically, reducing paperwork and administrative burdens. This system will also help prevent registration issues.

The digital platform will provide a standard contract template with mandatory fields, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Employers will be able to upload data for both new and existing employees, with additional time given to complete this process. The platform will also allow for contract termination or modifications, making it a comprehensive solution for employment contracts. By introducing this system, Armenia aims to improve labor rights protection and promote a more transparent labor market.
