Cyber Resilience in Middle East

Organisations in the Middle East are the most confident in tackling major cyber incidents, with 72% confident in their ability to thwart significant attacks. This surpasses other regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia. The findings highlight the growing challenges in cyberspace, driven by escalating complexities. The gap between large and small organisations, as well as developed and emerging economies, is widening.

The report notes that supply chain complexities have emerged as a top risk, intensified by a lack of transparency into suppliers’ security protocols. Artificial intelligence is also a double-edged sword for cybersecurity, with 66% of organisations expecting AI to enhance security measures. However, only 37% have established processes to evaluate AI tools before deployment.
