It’s been 2 months since the new version of Go (Golang)1.21.1 was released. go1.21.1 includes four security fixes to the cmd/go, crypto/tls, and html/template packages, as well as bug fixes to the compiler, the go command, the linker, the runtime, and the context, crypto/tls, encoding/gob, encoding/xml, go/types, net/http, os, and path/filepath packages.

Go 1.21 adds new functions min and max compute the smallest (or largest, for max) value of a fixed number of given arguments. The -pgo build flag now defaults to -pgo=auto, and the restriction of specifying a single main package on the command line is now removed.
