Pakistani Businesses Prioritize Data Security

A recent report reveals that data protection is the top IT security concern for Pakistani businesses, with 61% prioritizing it above other challenges. This is significantly higher than the global average of 33%. The report highlights key issues such as employee-related risks and data leaks from corporate systems. These concerns are driven by both internal and external factors.

The report also notes that Pakistani businesses face unique challenges, including prolonged detection and remediation times for cyber threats. Additionally, 19% of companies highlighted business process outsourcing as a notable challenge. To address these concerns, the report recommends integrated security solutions and enhanced visibility into emerging threats.
